okiplay employs age verification measures during registration and KYC processes to prevent underage access. If okiplay becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual below the age of 21, such data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be closed.
If you believe that an individual under 21 has registered or is using an okiplay account, please notify us immediately using the contact details in Section 15.
Some of okiplay's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers, game software studios, and KYC technology vendors — may be located outside the Philippines. When personal data is transferred to processors in other jurisdictions, okiplay ensures that such transfers are:
